What is included with my weight loss program
There are a few important categories in the program. Eating habits and gut health; once we figure out if you metabolism is working properly we calculate your macros. Macros consist of Proteins, Carbohydrates and fats. The caloric intake is based of your macros and your fitness goals. The eating pattern gives you an idea of how to eat healthy meals consistently; you also learn how to prep your meals for the week. The program has a workout program that separates each muscle group by day, so we are developing each section of your body. The final component to the weight loss program is the cardio tracker, you will be doing weight loss cardio; this type of cardio is very specific to weight loss regiment
